Wedding Cakes
Whether it's rolled fondant with miniature marzipan fruit or butter cream frosting with fresh strawberries, we will provide you with a cake that is as memorable as the day itself. Your wedding cake is an expression of who you are. We will give your guests a taste of your bridal style with a wedding cake that suits your personality perfectly - from traditional cakes to elegant seashell cakes and more.

Below are some samples of the wedding cakes we can create for you. Currently we offer 4 different types of cakes which are:

Traditional
Traditional - Traditional design with ruffled scallops.  Iced in our own rich butter cream.  Additions to this cake are the Bride and Groom, toasting glasses, and ribbons coming from the cake have the 'Good Luck' charms for each of bridesmaid to pull out from the cake. Lace and Pearls - Iced with our own rich butter cream.  Covered with 'icing' lace and scalloped with a string of pearls.  This cake was created by Dot and remains one of our most popular. Business Card Cake - This cake is on our business card.  Although this cake looks like fondant, it is iced with our own rich butter cream.  It has 'dragees' (silver or gold) placed on the sides and dressed with fresh orchids. Swirls and Curls - Just as it says, icing swirls and curls all over the sides of this cake.  A beaded bottom border makes this cake ready for your fresh flowers. Cornelli Lace and Beads - Scallops with cornelli lace with an icing bead border.
Swirls with Chocolate Curls - The sides of this cake have icing swirls and each level has lots of white chocolate curls. Pink Roses and Ivy - This cake has beautiful icing lace covering all four tiers.  It also has cornelli lace on the top of each tier and a string of pearls around the bottom.  All the flowers are Gum Paste roses, large and small, ivy, and stephanotis. Lace and Pearls #2 - Although this is the same cake as the other Lace and Pearls, we wanted you to see it on our staircase stand. Brad's Cake - Designed for my nephew, Brad.  Heat shaped cake with the fondant look, (made with our own butter cream) with icing hearts on the side.  Bordered with cream colored satin ribbon and Gum Paste cream roses. Peach Blossom - Iced in peach colored butter cream.  The royal icing blossom flowers are white and peach centers.  The bottom border is an icing ribbon.

Seashell
Seashell Cake #1 - All of these 'sea shells' are made of white chocolate.  They are dusted with edible pearl dust to make them appear shinny and are randomly placed around each tier.  The shells can be made in several different colors. Seashell Cake #2 - This pastel yellow-iced cake has heavily colored white chocolate shells.  A fondant 'netting' was added to the sides.  The Sea Horse ornaments were hand made by Tim, using Gum Paste and attaching them to a small rod. Seashell Cake #3 - Close up of a cluster of white chocolate shells. Seashell Cake #4 - Netting and Shells, this cake is covered with icing 'netting' and has white chocolate shells in 2 colors placed around the cake.

Groom
Groom Cake #1 - A 14 inch round Angel Food cake with chocolate gnash drizzled over the top and filled with chocolate dipped strawberries. Groom Cake #2 - Chocolate fudge iced with an initial trimmed in silver on top, with chocolate dipped strawberries on the corners. Groom Cake #3 - A square bottom cake topped with a football cake. Groom Cake #4 - This 2 tier groom's cake is a chocolate lover's delight!  It has a marbled chocolate fudge icing with huge chocolate curls on top with chocolate dipped strawberries on bottom corners.

Unique
Unique Cake #1 - This 5 tier fondant cake serves 350 guests.  Each tier has a different design embossed on the sides.  The Gum Paste bow that covers each tier is painted gold. Unique Cake #2 - This 4 tier square 'gift box' cake has a different design on each tier, with a large bow on top where the ends stream down the sides of the cake from top to bottom.
