Description

Our most popular cookies are made with pure almond paste, butter, fresh eggs, unbleached flour, and Amaretto flavor. They are pastry bag piped, sandwiched with raspberry pastry filling, ½ dipped in a rich chocolate fudge fondant, and then dipped in toasted ground walnuts. The raspberry pastry filling combined with the chocolate fondant has become our signature cookie!
