Each cookie is made from the freshest ingredients, such as real unsalted butter, pure almond paste, and unbleached flour to name a few. They are also hand piped, dipped, or rolled all by hand. Our cookies are made to order to insure the finest, freshest product possible. All Italian Cookies have an approximate count of 25/lb while Tim's Famous Chocolate Chunk Cookies have an approximate count of 20/lb. All cookies contain a nut ingredient.
